We stand firm on our word — here's exactly how buying an X'Caliber pup works.
Our purchase policy
- Registration & health: all of our pups will be AKC or CKC registered, up to date on wormer and current vaccinations, and health guaranteed for one year against any congenital defects.
- Our guarantee: we do not pay vet bills, but if something genetic happens and causes the demise of one of our pups, we will replace that pup — 100% guaranteed.
- Pricing: our pups range from $850 to $2,000 depending on bloodlines, color, size and sex.
- Deposits: to reserve a puppy we require a maximum of $600 and a minimum of $300 deposit, depending on the total price of the puppy listed. All deposits are non-refundable. If all picks are already taken, your deposit is applied to the very next litter or available puppy. We keep a waiting list and puppies are picked in the order deposits are received.
- Payment methods: we offer PayPal, Venmo and Cash App for deposits — or you are more than welcome to come and pay in person.
- Backing out: if you back out of the sale at pickup or shortly before, we consider this a breach of contract and you will lose your deposit.
- Pickup timing: puppies are to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age. If a puppy is not picked up by 8 weeks, a $250 fee applies — and if not picked up soon after, that is also a breach of contract and the deposit is lost.
- At pickup: the remaining amount must be paid in cash — we do not accept checks.

Our shipping methods
- Ground shipping: you are welcome to use ground shipping and have your puppy delivered to your door. Ground shipping is usually $275–$400 in the US — we have used this method before with good success.
- Kennel pickup: customers are welcome to come to our kennel and pick up puppies in person. Kennel visits are by appointment only.
- Air shipping: sorry — we no longer offer air shipping at this time.
